Night of 04/09/15

One dream. It's The Office. Like, actually just The Office. I don't know how many months it's been since I've last seen a full episode of the office.

It begins with Dwight and I walking to the street, as we're gonna go somewhere. I remember being barefoot and walking through muddy grass. I was planning on driving, but my car was at the high school. Still stuck on taking my car, I tell Dwight that he'll drive us to the high school, to which we'll take my car the rest of the way. I get in, he's driving. The car is real small, like a Fiat, or a smartcar, or something. Still had four doors though. Anyways. he's instantly revealed to be an insane driver.First turn he takes is way too fast. We're about to collide into parked cars on the left side of the road to which his solution is driving to the left of them onto the grass and sidewalk. During this constant drift through mud, grass, and a large gravel driveway, I manage to put on my seatbelt and comment about how, well, I guess he knows what he's doing. He replies by saying that this is how he got into his first accident. Lovely.
---
The plot around here is that Dwight was in love with Erin, who now worked at a CVS, but there was some restraining order or something. He had a leg brace or some other device that beeped not only when he was near her, but also when he was near a high school. So we didn't end up swapping cars. I think when we first got into the car, Dwight took... something. Like, some medicine, or some solution, or... Something. He began to act like he did in the episode where he got a concussion. Just slower, without reason, he began to act childish. This is while he was driving, while we were in transit. Before I knew it, we were both in the backseat, and he was in a child's carseat. He was still on the driver's side, just now in the backseat. He still had all the knobs, pedals, things of the driver though. I had to get him to stop, I was telling him how great it'd be if we stopped, how we needed to stop. I reached over in front of him and starting messing with levers and knobs, eventually getting this vehicle to stop moving. I get out of my seat and walk around to the driver's seat. We were right around the corner from our destination, I could see the CVS. I think about how Dwight might be able to affect my driving from the back and that I'll just work on not letting anything bad happen. I get a call from my dad about how he's canceling dinner with me tonight and pushing it to tomorrow. I keep shouting that that's fine, I'm kinda busy getting these two back together or something. He eventually puts me on pause. We reach our destination, and I just hang up.
---
The CVS is layout like a large stapler. Like, the big ones with handle? Yeah, imagine walking in at the handle to a large wall which you walk around and see the rest of the store, which is about as big as a post office or a UPS or something. Anyways, to my understanding, Dwight's silliness was caused by him losing blood. At this point, he lost enough to be normal again. He walks in ahead of me. I trail and hear his leg-thing start beeping. Erin, who was at the other end of this small room tells him that he shouldn't be here. We can hear the sound of scraping, and looking at the floor, we see a trail of a cart's wheels that had been scraping up the floor. Dwight points to the trail, then points to me to stop them as he reconciles their love. I walk around for a bit to the person who gets really mad at CVS in general or something. She flips the cart over and begins to complain at Erin. Another guy or two start complaining to Erin. I think one complains about something CVS related, the other just says once Erin showed up, The Office began its decline. Which was really weird and meta. Telling the character that her character ruined the show? Anyways, they're all discussing, arguing, complaining, and I look to my left to see Meredith and someone else. Meredith compliments me on my winter jacket, that I guess I was wearing then. Then she squeezes my head with her hands. Then I wake up.

As a bonus, there was a dream where I was playing a bonus level of, like, a Donkey Kong game. The level design was set up like if a level designer from Spyro the Dragon was content on putting out absolute shit. It was a bonus level for the game in which you control Useless Kong, or something. I spent most of the time falling down large rifts into lava at the bottom. The rest of it was jumping across tiny platforms and picking up gems.

Night of 04/07/15

Dream 1: I was back at marching band. More of a nightmare. But rather than being in high school in marching band, I was still in college and just playing with the band. We weren't actually doing a show, we were just playing random music from the benches. As is normal. I go into the trailer to get my instrument, find a baritone, and set it up. I play a bit to make sure I still know how and notice a slide is missing. I took it out of it's case like that, missing slide in hand as well. Anyways, most of the people there were unrecognizable dream people, save one individual. Somebody I used to know was there being an absolute asshole to everyone while simultaneously wondering why nobody liked them. There was also a kid there who wanted to look cool and show off his high school smarts to me, the college kid, but he was just so pretentious and awful the I couldn't be bothered.

Dream 2: Although this might actually be an extension of dream 1. I step out of my dad's classroom to find Stephen T. We're there waiting for Rob E, Matt C, or both. There's a presentation going on in the gym that everyone's required to go to. I'd rather not, but if I had to go, I'd like to sit by my friends. I spend a bit of time walking around, go to where I think my locker should be before realizing the key I have in my hand does not actually go to a locker and that I'd need a combination. Which I didn't have. I'm overcome with the need to poop, so I got to the bathroom. There's a guy in the first stall, so I go the second, the handicapped stall. It had both a urinal and a regular toilet in it. I remember being worried that the guy in the other stall would toss shit at me or something. The seat part of the toilet is so skewed that I have to awkwardly arrange myself as to make sure everything makes it in. I remember when I left, I had wanted to not run into the guy in the other stall, so I waited a bit as he left. When I got out, I fiddled with the stall lock. The stall lock also adjusted the lights. This happened just as another guy walked in. I washed my hands and left quickly as to not strike conversation was. I go back to where Stephen was waiting to find someone else there. I ask if they knew where Stephen was, and they said he was already in the gym with Matt and/or Rob. They knew because they could hear the laughter of one of them.

Dream 3: If you do not understand League of Legends, this may be a difficult dream for you to follow. This was the final game of LCS, a League championship. I was in it, or rather, the match occurred around me. I was Ashe, which meant I walked around with a bow. I get into my lane and did what I do. At some point, I noticed some opponents behind me and went to recall. I ended up reappearing someplace else. In confusion, I asked Stephen and Rob, who were on my team. They casually respond something like, "Oh yeah, they placed recall traps." Oh great, now I'm gonna die here, wonderful. Which I did. Then eventually spawned back in. I never thought I was doing too poorly, but eventually we all had to return to protect our base. From lane, I had to parkour my way back, jump from wooden structure to wooden structure, and run up an extended rope leading to our base. The base itself was a large building, kinda looked like a hotel, kinda looked like a convention center or something.
---
From here on out, it was us defending the building, or anticipating defending. The building was actually like a ground zero thing at the location of, well, where 9/11 happened, but looking out, it appeared to be where my elementary school was located. A couple teammates and I looked out over a balcony to see swarms of tourists. A massive line of people who were planning on coming through. The enemy team devised to getting the building swamped with people and then somehow having them bring defeat to us. At the other end of the hall we were at was the base, or the nexus, or whatever. Eric, the SIO intern, was placing all sorts of traps along the hallway that I had to make sure I didn't hit when transiting between the base and the balcony. Spikes in the floor, tripwire, all sorts of stuff. Anyways, the people flooded in not triggering any traps, or even really doing much. Once, when I had to get from the base to the balcony, I used a series of staircases to avoid the traps. I left the stairwell and locked the doors to impede movement. Looking back over the balcony, I see the enemy team destroying an inhibitor. Most of my team is down there, mostly getting killed. I shoot my bow, doing some damage to some. Ultimately, it's futile. After a near 2-hour match, they opposing team are declared victors, even if they hadn't actually destroyed our nexus yet. Whatever. They begin to parade into the building to our base. With my bow around my arm, I clap and congratulate them cause I'm a nice guy and shit. The team goes through, and one of them has a huge bag of what looks to be French Toast Crunch. I say how much I love it, and they tell me it's a bag a frozen chicken. Whatever. After the players, the crew of the team or whatever begins to go through. First person I see is V. In shock, I shout their name, express how I had no idea they were coaching or strategizing for the other team. Give them a big hug, and I wake up.
